According to sources, a disciplinary committee is likely to be formed against national team captain Babar Azam, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan, and fast bowler Shaheen Afridi. The disciplinary committee will prepare a report on the grouping of the three players.
Board sources have said that the PCB received reports regarding the grouping of the three players, also received a report regarding the bad relationship between the three players.
